Meditation: Calm Women Are Powerful

Updated: Jul 9

Take a slow breath in.

Unclench your jaw.

Drop your shoulders.

Let your body soften for a moment.

Now read slowly:

I do not need chaos to prove my worth.

I do not need exhaustion to earn rest.

I release the belief that busy means valuable.

I release the pressure to carry everything.

I am learning that peace is not weakness.

Peace is wisdom.

Peace is trust.

Peace is mastery.

I can care deeply without abandoning myself.

I can love fully without carrying it all.

I can slow down without falling behind.

I am becoming a woman who feels safe in stillness.

A woman who no longer hustles for worthiness.

A woman who trusts herself.

I am calm.

I am grounded.

I am powerful.

Take one more deep breath.

Inhale 5…4…3…2…1

Exhale 1…2…3…4…5…6…7

And ask yourself gently:

When did your body start to relax?

Was your breath shallow or intentional?

Why deep breathing works:

Slow, deep breaths in and out through your nose help activate your body’s natural calming system—your parasympathetic nervous system (aka rest and digest). When you breathe all the way down into your belly, it gently stimulates the vagus nerve—think of it as your body’s built-in brake pedal for stress.

Translation?

Your body starts getting the message:

You are safe. You can soften now.
